  Absolutely horrible. I has them install a new system in a condo unit for $3400 summer 2015. I called them sept 2016 because AC not working properly and making a loud noise. They completed could care less. They told me to go use someone else. I told them they installed the brand new unit and still have invoice-but they blew me off and said they not interested and I should go somewhere else. The condo board-who referred them to me- informed me to file a complaint. I have never been treated so badly by as a customer. All they cared about was the money up front when they installed the so called brand new unit. The lady on the phone complete UNHELPFUL and all she wanted to do was get rid of me. I do not recommend this company at all. I wish the owner would contact me about such lousy service. when they installed the unit-they were super motivated to talk and get my cc number to pay. DONT USE THEM. I will never again and will tell others not to use them.
